17 people died and 23 people were injured due to heavy rain and flooding in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province located in the northwest of Pakistan.

According to the reports, 116 residential houses and communication roads were damaged in the province as well.

17 people including 5 children lost their lives due to heavy rains in the last 3 days in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Rescue teams have been sent to the flooded area and the reconstruction of the damaged roads has started.
